Telehealth Technical Support Resources

The following resources will be helpful in establishing the technology needed to conduct telehealth services.

  • Download and install TeamViewer on the computer (not for use with mobile devices).  TeamViewer will allow APT tech support to remotely access your computer to help you resolve any technical issues. TeamViewer is free for personal use. Please use the email address you have provided APT for signing up for this free service and follow the download directions provided by TeamViewer.  If you need additional assistance, please contact Jeremy Jarrell via email at jjarrell13us@gmail.com or by phone at 704-451-4808. 

  • Familiarize yourself with Doxi.me.  APT will utilize this program for telehealth services. It can be used on mobile devices. Doxi.me also has a variety of tutorials for both providers and clients and tech-related videos available on the Doxi.me YouTube channel.
