My therapeutic approach is based in empowerment and evidence based approaches that are personally curated to each person I have the pleasure of working with.

I specialize in working with addiction disorders, family matters, and a variety of mental health disorders for people ages six and up. Mental health is a shared condition of all human beings. There is no reason to deny ourselves the benefits of working with a professional in a therapeutic relationship. Whether your experiences range from stressful to traumatic, I would be honored to give you the space to heal and persevere.
